I know we've mentioned the dude from uh... Lufia was it? (^_^

But I got Guilty Gear X recently and I must say that Ky Kiske (sp?) reminds me of Ark. At the very least in their taste in clothing, but in my opinion Ky is pretty much a blond version of Ark. He even has an electric-based sword (or I guess it's a holy sword, whatever).
